POGO is a Lagos-first Nigerian property marketplace, verification, and transaction platform. We connect buyers, sellers, agents, and developers for property transactions including sales, rentals, and land.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Roles

POGO supports multiple user roles:

• Buyers: Users looking to purchase or rent properties
• Sellers: Users listing properties for sale or rent
• Agents: Licensed real estate agents
• Developers: Property developers and development companies

5. Property Listings

Sellers and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. POGO verification is advisory and does not guarantee legal ownership or title status.

6. POGO Verify

POGO Verify provides property verification services including document analysis, seller verification, and physical inspection reports. These are advisory opinions and should not be considered legal advice or title guarantees.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain features may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. We use Paystack for secure payment processing.

8. Privacy

Your use of POGO is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

POGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
